The project organizes and links the 14 buildings owned by the municipality, identifying a basic organic path that takes into account the structure of the city and its most significant emergencies.

IThese buildings are the first stages of a series of urban regeneration interventions of the municipal real estate heritage which has the aim of activating a system made up of small museums scattered throughout the city, some reception buildings and complementary services. This initial organization of spaces can expand and enrich itself over time.

The scattered museum is characterized by multiple buildings, spread around but recognizable in the urban fabric, through signs, indicators and formal devices

The project is structured around a double axis in the center of the city formed by via Roma and via Cavour. This double axis is a linear "guide" path from which accesses to all the buildings are distributed.

The project proposal allocates building uses according to their typologies to optimize their potential and minimize the need for adaptation or transformation. As a result, the buildings are organized into a dedicated museum system, a hospitality system, and complementary functions
