Taking the budget into consideration, we decided that the most realistic way to renovate the plant would have been through “masterful use of color”.
So we looked at the art word, by transferring the colors of Mondrian's Composition with Red, Blue, and Yellow to the volumes of the building. The resulting composition is thus colorful and well balanced.

We also included a symbolic element to complete the renovation: it's a huge clock, a little deformed and warped by time, but always working. The inspiration for this part is clear: Salvador Dalì clocks.
