It's one of the two buildings included in the Regeneration Plan (PIR n°5)

The building façade consists of prefabricated GRC panels with a fixed module of 3.30m x 3.30m. The panels are designed with a large rusticated pattern and house the radiators and roller shutters within them.

The windows are part of these elements. The internal surfaces are in plasterboard, a light material easy to maintain.
This technology allows for a quick and easy completion of the building box and guarantees non-stop work, regardless of the weather
